Todos Por Todos (TPT) is a community empowerment initiative bringing people together to create opportunities, strengthen families, develop skills, and build stronger communities.
We believe meaningful change happens when people support one another, develop their potential, and contribute to the progress of others.
Todos Por Todos (TPT) is built on a simple principle: when people work together and support one another, communities can become stronger and individuals can have greater opportunities to improve their lives.
Founded on the vision of three retired military friends—Brigadier General James Jenkins Gutierrez, Hoang Quang Long, and Wichai Somchai Boonmee—TPT developed from a tradition of helping families and communities into a broader community empowerment initiative.
Today, TPT seeks to create opportunities through education, skills development, entrepreneurship, employment and professional development, family support, and community initiatives.
At the center of its Mexico initiative is a 20-year community development vision designed to reach and empower up to one million participating families.
TPT's approach is centered on participation. Members are encouraged not only to seek support when they need it, but also to develop themselves, participate in their communities, and contribute to the progress of others.
Support creates opportunity. Opportunity creates development. Development creates the capacity to support others.
At TPT, we believe everyone deserves a meaningful opportunity to learn, develop, build a better future, and contribute to the progress of others.
We believe a person's circumstances should not determine the limits of their future. TPT seeks to connect people with opportunities that can help them learn, develop, and move forward.
We believe lasting progress comes from developing knowledge, skills, confidence, and independence—not creating dependency.
Support → Development → Empowerment → Independence → Contribution.
Education and practical skills can open doors to employment, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. TPT supports and encourages continuous learning and development.
We support responsible entrepreneurship by encouraging people to develop ideas, acquire business knowledge, build useful skills, and pursue opportunities.
TPT is built on the belief that people can achieve more when they support one another. We encourage every member to move from asking “What can I receive?” to asking “What can I contribute?”
Opportunity creates possibilities, but progress also requires discipline, consistency, integrity, hard work, and responsible decisions.
We believe prosperity is more than financial wealth. It includes education, skills, stability, professional growth, independence, strong families, and the ability to create value for others.
A strong community depends on honesty, transparency, and accountability. TPT is committed to responsible communication and clear information about its programs, opportunities, requirements, and expectations.
TPT believes that when people are given meaningful opportunities to learn, develop, and become empowered—and are encouraged to use their progress to help others—the result can be stronger individuals, stronger families, and stronger communities.
TPT believes financial resources can help people access opportunities, develop their potential, build businesses, support their families, and contribute to their communities.
Our focus is, therefore, not simply on acquiring money but on developing the knowledge, skills, discipline, and opportunities necessary to use resources responsibly and create lasting value.
The story of Todos Por Todos began with a simple idea shared by three friends: people can accomplish more when they support one another.
General Jenkins, a Mexican-American and lifelong philanthropist, became particularly committed to humanitarian support following profound personal loss. His military and humanitarian experiences strengthened his commitment to helping vulnerable families and communities.
His philanthropic activities extended across several countries, including Vietnam, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Afghanistan, countries in Africa, and Mexico.
General Long, of Vietnamese-American origin, brought experience, strategic thinking, and an understanding of community development. He supported initiatives benefiting families and communities in Vietnam and helped shape the idea of a sustainable, participatory community-support system.
General Boonmee, of Thai-American origin, contributed his experience, perspective, and commitment to supporting communities in Thailand. Together with Generals Jenkins and Long, he helped develop the philosophy that became the foundation of TPT.
In its earliest form, the founders' initiative was simple. The three friends contributed resources to support one another, their families, and relatives. As their capacity increased, they began extending assistance to other families and individuals in need.
Support was provided for practical necessities such as:
As participation increased, the founders recognized that no small group of individuals could sustainably meet every need within a rapidly expanding community.
The answer was to transform the initiative into a participatory community in which members could support one another.
A stronger community is created when people do not only ask what they can receive, but also consider what they can contribute.
Create pathways through which members can access education, skills, entrepreneurship, employment, and other opportunities for personal and economic development.
Support families facing financial or practical challenges and encourage stronger foundations for long-term stability.
Promote learning, skills acquisition, entrepreneurship, professional development, and responsible participation.
Build a culture in which members understand that meaningful community development requires both receiving support and contributing to others.
Work toward reducing economic hardship by helping individuals and families access opportunities, resources, knowledge, and support.
Create conditions that allow today’s participants to build better prospects for their children and future generations.
Develop a structured long-term model capable of supporting community development beyond short-term assistance.
TPT is built on participation, mutual support, and shared responsibility.

Following their retirement from military service, the three founders began a new chapter in Vietnam. What started as a small initiative among three friends helping one another and their communities began to grow.
According to TPT’s historical account, participation expanded rapidly and eventually reached more than one million users. The initiative was brought to the internet to coordinate participation on a larger scale.
The founders expanded the initiative into Thailand while the Vietnam community continued operating. The same principles of participation, mutual support, opportunity, and community development continued.
According to TPT’s historical account, the combined experience of the communities ultimately changed the lives of more than one million users, providing opportunities for financial assistance, personal development, entrepreneurship, and improved economic circumstances.
Mexico represents a new chapter in the TPT journey. The vision is a 20-year initiative focused on helping one million Mexican families move toward greater economic opportunity, stability, and a better future.
From Vietnam in 1998 to Thailand in 2000 and now Mexico in 2026, the journey has evolved from a small circle of mutual support into an international vision centered on community empowerment.
TPT’s long-term aspiration is to contribute to a future in which far fewer families are trapped by poverty and limited opportunity. Sustainable change requires opportunity, education, skills, participation, responsible financial practices, entrepreneurship, community cooperation, and long-term commitment.
TPT seeks to become more than a support network. It aims to become a community where people can learn, develop, participate, grow, and contribute—creating a positive cycle that can continue from one family to another and from one generation to the next.
Felicidad is TPT’s conditional internal currency unit, used within the TPT community to record and display the value of Help provided and the corresponding amount reflected in a participant’s account.

Felicidad is not itself legal tender or a bank deposit. Where applicable TPT conditions are satisfied, the balance may be exchanged or redeemed for real money according to TPT’s rules and procedures.
